Hi, I’m Lisa Holley Palmer.
I’m the Editor-in-Chief of Mind Jump Magazine, a motivational and inspirational speaker, a dyslexic thinker, and a fierce advocate for self-worth and second chances.
But before any of that, I was a single mom with no safety net—living in a caravan with no toilet, trying to rebuild a life from the ground up.
I’m the author of HOW THE FUCK DID I LOSE MY TIARA?—a raw, real, and often absurd true story of homelessness, abuse, hitting rock bottom… and the long, messy climb back up. It’s part survival story, part self-love manifesto, and all heart.
I grew up battling low self-esteem, shame, and the labels slapped on me for being different. I’m dyslexic—not broken—and I spent years fighting to be seen, heard, and taken seriously. Today, I use my voice to speak for others still trapped in silence, fear, or self-doubt.
As a speaker, I deliver powerful, personal talks that inspire resilience, hope, and action.
My guest speaking topics include:
Domestic Abuse & Survival
Homelessness & Rebuilding Your Life
Dyslexia & Neurodiversity
Women’s Empowerment
Mental Health & Self-Worth
Second Chances & Reinvention
Building a Business from Nothing
Whether I’m writing, speaking on stage, or mentoring women, my message is always this:
You are not too broken. You are not too late. You are not alone.
This isn’t a Cinderella story—it’s a story about smashing the damn glass slipper and learning to walk barefoot and proud.
Thanks for being here. I hope my journey reminds you of your own strength, grit, and worth.
